Welcome to St. Elizabeth School
Our Parish School
cultivates leaders, fosters faith and develops minds for learning and hearts for serving, which sets our students on a path for success.
Our Faculty and Staff
are devoted to the long-term investment in each of our students and themselves. Teachers are encouraged to continue their own professional development and complete continuing education each year, which translates into the ongoing introduction of innovative classroom techniques, cross-curricular teaching and instructional technology.
Our Parents
are highly involved. Parents volunteer a cumulative 15,000+ hours annually at STE by volunteering in the classrooms, serving on our School Advisory Council, serving on our CPTA, serving on our Athletic Committee and STEM Committee, supporting various fundraising goals, coaching school sports teams, supporting the arts and music programs, assisting in the library, as well as by organizing and executing the annual school carnival and school auction.
Our Students
become critical thinkers, confident leaders, compassionate persons, faith-filled servants and enthusiastic artists, athletes and scholars with the support of our entire community.
St. Elizabeth Catholic School
is founded in our Catholic tradition, and we weave the practice of our faith into each school day. We start each day with prayer, celebrate weekly all-school Masses and participate in other services of faith. Our students learn to live according to Christ’s teachings in the Gospels and around our ChristSkills. Although students need not be STE's parishioners or Catholic, all students receive religious education.
Our curriculum follows the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, as well as infuses the national standards for all subjects. You can view the Diocesan curriculum here.
